Financial/Insurance

We recognize the need for a clear understanding of financial arrangements for orthodontic care. An explanation of all fees will be given upon request and can be discussed with our bookkeeper.

The responsibility for payment of fees is the direct obligation of the patient or another responsible party. Any financial benefits the patient may receive from any insurance or governmental agency is solely between the patient and the insurance carrier or governmental agency involved. While we are happy to assist you with insurance forms, please remember, you are the patient, and the responsibility to collect from your insurer lies with you.

We expect and appreciate payment for services. We have no finance charges. A portion of our fee is charged and paid on a monthly basis. If for any reason you are unable to meet your financial obligation, please inform us. An alternate payment plan may be arranged.

We want our patients to be aware of and satisfied with their financial situation during the course of orthodontic treatment. Should you have any questions or concerns, feel free to ask our bookkeeper.
