Our office seeks to deliver treatment in a courteous, kind and professional manner. We believe our patients are valuable. That’s why we offer state-of-the-art care with minimal discomfort. Our highly qualified team members stay abreast with the latest technologies and developments in orthodontics through continuing education courses, conferences and - or seminars.

Policies

Appointments
When calling for an appointment, please tell our front office staff the nature of your visit, so that ample time may be reserved to accommodate your needs. We try to adhere to our planned schedule as much as possible. However, due to broken appliances and other necessary adjustments, delays may be unavoidable. We appreciate your patience. When you arrive for your scheduled appointments, please sign-in on the computer or check in with the staff in the front office.

Telephone Calls
The staff in the front office is trained and instructed to receive all incoming phone calls. When you call, they will answer any questions you have regarding policies and procedures, and schedule your appointment. We cannot quote charges over the phone. If you need to talk with the doctor, he will return your call as soon as possible.

We know your time is valuable. That’s why we make every effort to ensure you do not experience any delays. Office hours may vary.

Columbia Office
Monday and Wednesday: 8:30 a.m.-1:00 p.m.
2:00 p.m.-5:00 p.m.

Irmo Office
Tuesday and Thursday: 8:30 a.m.-1:00 p.m.
2:00 p.m.-5:00 p.m.
